Vivienne Westwood Red Label

Sunday 16th February just an ordinary day in London for most, but for the world of fashion saw the Vivienne Westwood show taking place at London’s Somerset house. Arriving much earlier then the shows start time, so I could have a walk around the court yard space where the British fashion council tent is held. There are countless blogger, Photographers and spectators surrounding the area the see what people are wearing this season, it is always fun to stand out side the tents as people are milling around and enjoying the fashion. So at around 5pm the worlds fashion press, buyers and bloggers of the fashion world made their way to Somerset house for the Vivienne Westwood red label. Car after car pulling up and glamour’s men and women stepping out. Not only is the fashion shows full of the fashions that will descend on the world for fall this year but everyone in attendance of these shows is dressed up to the nines.

The thing about Somerset house that is different to the like of the Burberry show is that everyone in attendance at Somerset house has to walk past all the spectators to gain accesses to the tent where as at Burberry in past years the walk way is away from the spectators so they can access the tents more easily. This was nice at Somerset house as I got to see the celebrities up close as they where entering the show. Jessie J was in attendance wearing an Orange jump suit. Paloma Faith was in attendance along with Eliza Doolittle. It was defiantly an experience I was happy with and will be going down to Somerset house  again next season.

As for the clothes there is something of a effortless look to these clothes done with simple colours and splash of red tattan which is in at the moment. The styling of this collection gives it the look of a period drama with the pale skin and bold lips diffinatly a more daring look with low cut tops and short shorts with big bold coats.

So below is a few looks that i really enjoyed.
